Live Engraving (also known as On-Site Engraving) is when you have a engraver on-site at your event/business to provide calligraphy personalization as a complimentary service or gift for their clients/guests. It’s a way to elevate your guest experience by providing an extra luxe gift. It also doubles as interactive entertainment during the event. When planning an event or wedding, you’re typically planning something that is a few hours long.

Engraving service is  special and luxurious. Hand engraving makes everything personalized and is a gift/ product people will hold onto forever! I can hand engrave just about anything for the most customizable experience. 

 This luxury is just another way to elevate your guest and client’s experience with interactive entertainment as well as a complimentary service/ gift for them.

This includes glassware, perfume/ cologne, cosmetics, liquor bottles, and more!

If a product can’t be engraved it can still be customized through paint / hot foils etc. I.E. Champagne bottles can’t be engraved due to the pressure in the bottle (engraving will ruin the integrity of the bottle) potentially causing the bottle to shatter. 

This is perfect for upcoming holidays so customers can het personaluzed gifts for their loved ones. Mother’s & Father’s Day, Christmas. Birthdays, Weddings, etc. 

On-Site Engraving for weddings,  brand activations events and more can either be charged by the hour or have the guests/ clients pay for the individual service. If chosen the hourly rate: Caitlin Hope will provide complimentary engraving for as many guests/clients she can within the timespan. Engraving can be done on a wide variety of options – your product(s) or one specific standard product. Lettering and personalization styles are below but are not limited to.

Caitlin Hope prefers clients to have a maximum of 3-5 words per engraving to keep steady flow of people and quantity.

Option 1: Engraving Hourly Rate: $125 

Option 2: Per individual engraving: $25 (to be paid by the individual guest/ client at event) This service is usually minimum of $35 so still a steal for your customers!

Pricing depends on sizing, amount of words, Rub’N’Buff, and number of products.

The client can provide their product or pick from Caitlin Hope’s hand selection. 
Engraving can be done on candles, liquor bottles, glassware, perfume, cosmetics, silverware, and so much more!

Pricing:
1-5 words: $35
Over 5 words: $5 per word
Rub’N’Buff: $5-$10 depending on size/ order
*Discounts available if client buys in bulk/ set.*

Delivery fee starting at $10 will be charged if client is unable to pick up their order. An additional $1 per mile outside of a 15 mile radius or Norton, Massachusetts.
